Selling my timeless classic 1965 Volvo Canadian/Amazon. Over 19,000.00 in new parts alone added in the past three years. I pletely overhauled the suspension steering and braking systems on this car. ponent has been replaced. In the past 3 years there has been a lot of work done on this car. Way to much to list in this post. So I will simply mention certain aspects within the systems. Replaced and renewed systems are as follows. - chassis Lowered on linear springs for improved response and handling. - braking - steering - cooling Added electric pusher fan to improve cooling on hot days. - Exhaust system including manifold Stock exhaust system has been replaced with a Simons dual down pipe sport exhaust system. -Electical Replaced fuse box and voltage regulator along with removing the generator in favour of a better alternator system. The interior has also seen many changes. The original seats have been re foamed and strapped to feel like new. Original rubber mats were replaced with carpet. Added centre console. Added period correct radio. Added hidden Bluetooth amp for convenient hands free music listening. Added rare and hard to find dash mount rev counter. Added modern retractable seat belts for safety. The car sits on classic VTO Minilite style rims. I also have brand new 15.5 stock rims still in the box. I have many new and hard to find parts that I won’t bother listing here. If you plan on making any offers on parts I have. Save yourself the bother. All parts related to this car will go to its new owner. The motor and transmission are original. And with proper care should have many miles left on them. For anyone wondering if it is in miles. Canada did not go to the metric system until 1977. So yes it is in miles. There is so much more I could add to this post. As far as the work done. The car runs, handles and sounds great. I have all documentation on the history of this car.
