1956 Elgin outboard motor for parts reduced

Up for sale is a 1956 Elgin 25hp motor. Model no. 571.59403 and serial no. 9403 3429. It belongsed to a friend of mine who had it run but not well and determined it had damage to the powerhead that was too substantial to warrant fixing. It has lots of great parts and would be an excellent donor for a restoration. Open to offers.
