BOAT The “Lady Di” is a classic 18’ Chris Craft mahogany utility runabout in excellent condition. Well maintained and upgraded over the years. A real head turner! Always properly winterized and stored indoors. 2,000 lbs (dry). 17.5 ft long, 6.5 ft beam, 4” wide gunwales, 22” from top of gunwale to waterline, 28” gunwale to bottom of keel. 18” draft Newer Volvo Penta 4 cylinder engine (120 hp) – dependable! Tuned up last summer with oil & filter change, new plugs and distributor. Runs great. Nice exhaust note. Has hydraulic rear stabilizers on the stern with independent controls on the dash to help the boat balance and plane properly. Hull is in excellent shape. Boards replaced a few years ago and properly sealed. 2 fresh coats of enamel paint applied last summer. Side and top boards in good shape. Won’t need to be varnished again for several years. All new burgundy upholstery on the seats Burgundy bimini top with matching vinyl cover that folds down, slides back and sits nicely on the stern when not in use. Burgundy custom fitted cover with straps that hold it tightly in place when being hauled on trailer Top part of engine housing modified to create a hinged storage area – good for charts, etc Replaced old floor control forward/reverse lever and steering wheel throttle lever with new modern single lever side control. Much easier to operate. New classy wooden steering wheel with horn Created storage space under the bow to stow things with detachable net to hold them in place New automatic bilge pump, stern mast. Lights, battery, electricals, gauges all in good working order. Twin USB ports installed on dashboard Paddle, grappling hook, fire extinguisher, anchor, bailer & floating lifeline, First Aid Kit all included. This beauty is absolutely ready to ride.

TRAILER 22’ single axle Escort Capri with surge brakes, spare wheel and tire, custom made carpeted bunks to fit the boat correctly, vertical guide poles, 14” wheels and radial tires including spare, custom made extended winch pole to crank the boat on to the trailer correctly, new LED tail lights and strip lights on the vertical guide poles (highly visible!). Weighs approximately 700 lbs. GVW 3,740 lbs.
