1943 Mido Multifort Extra Flat military style Swiss watch

Don't miss your chance to own this one-of-a-kind Mido! Mido headquarters in Switzerland has dated this watch to 1943 based on the serial number, and described it as having a unique bination. In other words, there is no other watch exactly like this one. This watch has a gloss black dial with age-appropriate patina, sub-seconds, and beautiful copper detail. The hour hand is blue metal and retains an incredible shine. The arabic numerals are original radium prise the most unique feature of this watch, as only the even numbered numerals are present on the dial.
The case measures 34.5mm with a 16mm lug width. Inside, you will find the mon 17 jewel, 3x adjusted movement, rather than the 15 used in later examples, and it is working perfectly.
One example very similar to this was sold recently, in 2021, for $675US - the link to which I have included as justification for the valuation. Low-ballers will be returned a similar degree of courtesy, as this is indeed a very special piece of history, and it will not be given away.
This watch may be authenticated at a watch sales and repair shop of the buyer's choosing at the buyer's expense, if there is any doubt to its authenticity. This watch does e with any original documentation or box, but an email from Mido/Swatch may be provided.
