This is an original GOLDEN JUBILEE Edition of the SASKATCHEWAN BUSINESS DIRECTORY. Published to mark the 50th Anniversary of the province of Saskatchewan. This book contains a pictorial record of Saskatchewan, Canada in 1955 together with statistical information and historical background of the larger cities, towns and villages of the entire province. First part of the book has the names of the elected members in the Government of Saskatchewan. There is a section that lists all of the province's Premiers with a brief biography for each. Several pages give a brief history of Saskatchewan. Lots of other information fills the first 60 pages before it gets into the Directory for all the towns and businesses. Has a separate section for the parks and resorts. Contains 688 pages. Pages are clean. No writing on them. Lots of black & white pictures. Has wear to the edges of the cover and the outside top and bottom spine have been taped. However, the binding is sound and there are no torn pages. Nameplate on top front cover has had original owner's name obliterated
