10 piece Deilcraft Dining Room set

Beautiful solid wood dining set by Deilcraft, bought at Pattersons, made in Canada, in very good condition in a cherry wood colour. It is a simple Italian provincial style. It includes a table with 8 chairs (2 chairs have arms) and bination buffet with hutch storage. The hutch sits on top of the buffet unit. The table has two 18” leaves which are both installed in the pictures with an expensive plate glass cover on top, which we added. The table is 42” wide, 29.5” high. The current table length is 96”/8’, but can be as small as 5”’ if the leaves are removed. The chairs are 20” wide at the front and 45” high with weave backs. The seats are a brown velvet covering redone a few years ago. The hutch has two plate glass shelves, 2 doors and an internal light, and the buffet has 4 doors, 2 internal drawers and an internal shelf. The buffet is 62.75” wide, 18.75” deep and 29.25” high. The hutch is up to 64” wide (at the top) and 48.5” high. Please note all measurements are approximate, but very close. Buffet and hutch can also make an excellent book shelf and storage unit for an office/den. The unit is heavy particularly the hutch and buffet because of the solid wood construction and the glass. It is too large to fit in a SUV or mini van. Priced to sell at $550, cash only, please. Pickup at our home in the west Hamilton Mountain. Thank you
