I’m looking for a roommate to share this condo with, in the South end of Guelph. The bedroom is unfurnished, but I have plenty of kitchen and living room items that can be used. I’m happy to move some things around or store stuff to make room for any additional items, but I just ordered a sectional couch (not in pictures), so there isn’t a lot of extra space in the living room. es with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, AC, water softener and ground floor balcony. There isn’t parking included. If parking is needed, a spot would need to be rented from another tenant of the building. There is a bulletin board to request one (and one posted as available right now). There is free overnight street parking nearby until December though, so there’s time to secure a spot if needed. Move in on or before May 1. $975 + utility and internet expenses. A bit about me: - I’m working female professional in my 30’s. I work from home a lot during the day Monday-Friday, so this rental wouldn’t be the best for someone else that also worked from home. - I tend to go out most evenings and on weekends (on hikes, to the gym, shopping, dinner etc.) since I spend a lot of time at home during the day. - I have a small dog (hypoallergenic, non-shedding) who is very friendly.
